Notice on Signing of Recent Major Contracts

Recently, our company has signed KC series presulfiding sulfur resistant shift catalyst purchase contracts with the Phase I synthesis ammonia/1750000 tons urea project of China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. and the Phase II synthesis gas production methanol technology transformation project with an annual output of 1 million tons, (the total catalyst purchase volume is 763.76 m3 China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. uses BGL gasification process).

Fuhua Tianchen Gas Co., Ltd. signed the Contract for Procurement and Service of Pre sulfurized Sulfur tolerant Shift Catalyst and Detoxifier with our company in December 2019. (Fujian Fuhua Tianchen Gas Co., Ltd. adopts 6.5Mpa coal water slurry gasification process, with an annual output of 600000 tons of total ammonia)
